How to face the challenges of life?

What should be done to practice spirituality?

Is it right to try to understand spirituality by reading when it can only be known through experience?

Instead of blaming everyone without knowing the purpose, isn’t it much better to realize the goal of life, complete it, live happily, and reach Samadhi. Is spirituality within or outside?
Seeking outside is devotion. The selfless level of devotion is spirituality. The transformation through spirituality must happen within oneself. If history and rituals are forms of devotion, then visions are forms of spirituality alone. "For the selfish, there is devotion, for the selfless, there is spirituality." The root cause of all suffering is greediness. Where there is spirituality, there will be happiness and peace.
